As I mentioned on the phone, Ecowest’s window crew are pros! Wade, Jeff, Moe, and Joel worked very hard over the two days in all weather conditions- even hail! I noted how well they worked with each other, problem solving whenever an issue arose and generously helping Daryl rip down replacement trim boards on their table saw. They especially took their time on the three doors, ensuring they are plumb and trimmed to perfection. They communicated with us at every turn, asking us how we’d like to trim out the windows on both the inside & outside. It was great to see how they cleaned up at the end and left our home looking better than they found it.

Our new Valor gas fireplace insert is fantastic! Steve is a talented and professional gas fitter who expertly prepped our firebox & chimney for the new insert and venting pipes. To have an experienced salesman who also installs is rare and having Steve’s opinion on the best choice for our room’s design means our fireplace fits perfectly and complements our cozy family room. We also look forward to using the gas bbq hookup he installed as well!

I would like to congratulate you on completing the replacement of our six windows so efficiently. We are delighted with the result; the house is noticeably quieter and warmer, and even feels much more solid and secure. The team did an excellent job speedily and with a minimum of disruption. I will certainly recommend Ecowest to anyone thinking of a similar upgrade.

We had our windows installed 3 days before Christmas. We were worried about a mess but when the workers were finished everything inside the house was the same as before.

We had 3 broken windows we were wanting to fix. Instead it made more sense to replace all our double glazed, aluminum frame; Big difference, more efficient for heat loss and cooler in the summer!

We had single pane windows in the livingroom and kids playroom so they were always fogged up in the mornings and it was cold. A draft came in our front door and ugly yellow windows by the door. We called Vinyltek for windows who referred us to Ecowest because they don't sell windows to the public. Aaron and Shawn came to our house to take pictures. We met them again at their comfortable office to pick our windows and door. Aaron had an idea of which door we would like, and now we have that as our fromt door. The guys that came to work on our house were super friendly, quick and cleaned up their mess, all the mess. We would and have recommended Ecowest to anyone we know that is thinking of renovations. We are very happy with the service and friendliness of all the guys that we had working on our house.

The windows have made a tremendous difference in keeping our house cool in the summer, warm so far this winter and lessening the exterior sounds we hear outside. Very happy!

Our trust started from our first meeting with the sales rep and continued to our completion of our window replacement. We found Ecowest to be very informative with no high pressure sales tactics. We would not hesitate to use Ecowest for future reno's or recommend them to our friends and family.

We me Aaron when he was working for a different company and had reno's done by that company. Aaron left the company, and the other company closed. Aaron called us right when we were looking for more reno's to be done (read our mind!). Shawn and Aaron came out and gave us a quote and we hired them. When we wanted more reno's we hired then again and we will be wanting more and have already told them in the future what we want.
