The sales representative was friendly and followed up from the initial meeting till we signed on the dotted line. He was able to give us an offer that we were comfortable with. The workers installed all 20 windows and a patio door in 2 days. The foremen was able to answer any of our questions during the installation. After installation, we had the opportunity to let them know if there were any concerns. Courteous, professional, and thorough service! We love our new windows.

7:00am starts were consistent. Told the job would take one month, they held true to their word. All workers were cheerful, helpful and very friendly. We are extremely happy with the results and much warmer.

Hi Ecowest team - we just wanted to let you know that having had our new windows now for a full winter and summer, we are very happy with them. In the winter our heating bill truly was lower and there were no more drafts around the house. During the summer there was a lot of noise in the neighborhood with kids playing, dogs barking and people having parties late at night. All we had to do was to close the windows and we didn't hear anything at all! The new windows also reduced the amount of heat building up in the house during the summer (I'm sure the attic insulation helped it too).

We love our front door and we've had many compliments on it.

I am also so glad that I stuck to my decision on having French doors in the dining room instead of the sliding glass doors. During the summer I open up both doors to the deck and it's like the whole wall in the dining area is open to another living space. Love it!

Ecowest installed new windows from Vinyltek in our house, replaced our front door and installed new fans in our bathrooms. Everything went very smooth, from the first consultation with Aaron to the final walk-through after the job was finished. We had a very good experience and enjoyed a much cooler home this summer. I had all of the windows done and insulation put in the attic. They did a great job, the workers that came to the house were courteous and prompt, they finished the job on time. The sales person was excellent, there was no pressure at all to make up my mind.
