Igor and Orest along with their skilled craftsmen were a pleasure to work with during the entire process. No surprises or cost over runs and optional additions were added during the building process. Take for example the addition of a dry bar and linen closet. It was amazing to watch their specialty teams work through this building process from framers, plumbers, electricians, dry wall and Mudder efforts - along with the finishing team - to make every right with their quality workmanship.

This firms showroom was around 3,000 ft and it gave us a good idea about the features along with upgrade options, that we could add to our basement renovation. We were impressed with the number of items that were offered for selection purposes - like toilets, shower stalls, flooring, trimming, paint colour, washroom accessories and shower stall models.

We would highly recommend this firm. Excellent quality and workmanship at a fair price.

I hired ISM RenoBuilders to finish my basement. These guys were absolute pros all the way. Andrij came by to estimate the project, then Mr. Igor came to design the layout and other details. Then Eugene and his crew showed up 7:30 am on the day promised and went straight to work. In under 3 weeks they transformed my empty basement into a stunning and beautiful living space.
