The Roofers

This company was recomeded by a colleague at work whom recieved a recomendation from another colleague. I visited the web site and called Shawn the gentleman who visited and provided a quote. He was very professional. I called him back simply because of his manerism.
The job was done in one day, they prepared the property protecting the windows and neighbour's windows with plywood, spread tarps around the house to collect waste then thoroughly cleaned up after. I had recieved several quotes, The Roofers Inc was the one I chose, not the lowest quote, the best value and service was provided.

I had a bit of a leak in my roof in the beginning of April and needed to get it fixed immediately. Sean and his team were a very professional group of workers. They got the job done in the specified time frame and were also very efficient. I received several quotes and The Roofers pricing was most competitive. Not only did they provide quality work, they were very organized and neat! I would highly recommend them to family and friends. I am very pleased – thank you guys!

They were good value compared to three other quotes (one was about $1000 cheaper, but they would take more than one day to complete the project and I did not feel comfortable with them, another was almost double the price) I forget the exact cost.

I was disappointed that they did not replace the flashing around the chimney. It is noticeable from the street due to the difference in colour (much lighter brown around the chimney) even though the contract stated they would replace all flashing.

What attracted us to the Roofers was their mid-range price, that they are a small family owned company with all the credentials/insurance, good references and their professionalism - both their website and staff. Before Sean came to inspect our roof, we had already gotten a number of estimates and had a pretty good idea of what needed to be done. Sean was professional and honest, but not pushy. He was able to give us an quote that fit our budget - half of what one large company quoted. Work was completed soon after, and we feel that it was done well. Clean-up afterwards was good, although I still swept up a dustbin of nails afterwards - the magnetic sweep was not as good as I had expected. This was a concern only because we have two small children. Overall, we were very happy with the Roofers, and felt we could trust the company.

There was a leak from my roof that had started to come in through one of our windows. We thought it might of been from the edge of the roof above the window. Other roofers wouldn't come to look at our leak without a minimal charge of $350.

Sean from The Roofers came the next day and immediately let me know that the leak was not from the roof above our window but from the edge around our flat roof. On the spot he repaired the roof for under the cost of what others were going to charge me just to check my roof. Honest and knowledgeable is how I would describe the service I received. I would highly recommend The Roofers.
