A very pleasant and refreshing experience, after searching for a roofing contractor we came across The Roofers, Ash and his team were great and provided us with a detailed quote. The work was completed a couple weeks after.

The Roofers just finished replacing my roof today. The crew that came they were very professional on time and did an excellent job set up. The cleanup was all done in a timely matter, and the boys were very friendly..
Recommend them if you need to have your roof done or replaced. These guys are great.

Ash really knows his stuff. He answered all of our questions, and showed us the condition of our roof via drone.
Alex, the leader of the installation team was very good at explaining what was happening on the installation each step of the way. His team worked cohesively together. They did a great job!
After all was said and done, Ash came by and took more pictures with the drone so that we could see how the job looked.
Great job, competitive price, and everyone was very polite.

Its difficult to find reliable and honest roofers and THE ROOFERS met my expectation.
From my first meeting with Ash, I explained what I wanted. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had several questions and we went back and forth a few times to understand what I was getting. The Roofers were fair and accommodating. The team followed up on all their commitments. The installers were all friendly and actually did some minor extras I requested too.

My 20+ year old shingles were in ghastly condition and I had a serious leak from a skylight. I called a few companies for quotes and Ash from The Roofers was the first to reply. He came out right away and surveyed the roof with his drone, taking pictures that he later sent me so I could see the extent of the work that needed to be done. He was very courteous and easy to talk to - not minding the MANY questions I fired at him! He was very knowledgeable about the products they use and presented the company's credentials, insurance coverage, etc. which were all current. After considering the different companies and their different qualities, I chose The Roofers. They coordinated a date, and time that fit my schedule and were very careful to respect my property as well as the neighbours. The job itself went smoothly. The workers started on time and worked diligently, removing the offending skylight, replacing damaged boards and re-shingling the roof and attached garage. Everything that was included in the quote was delivered. Now I just have to get used to the shingle colour I chose!

Firstly, Ash actually came to speak with us; some other companies had someone measure without us knowing, then sent us a quote by email. It was nice to have a real person walk us through the process. Their contract was detailed, and made things transparent. The workers were pleasant and friendly, and Uncle, a benevolent overseer of the work, took the time to explain any modifications and answer any concerns or questions. One thing that stood out was how Uncle, when a small portion of our wooden deck was inadvertently scratched, offered to sand and paint the affected area. He not only offered, he actually did it. That spoke volumes to me about his, and the companys, integrity. They cleaned up, as promised, and took care of the warranty that came with our particular package.
