We contacted Richard for a quote. He turned up very early on a Saturday, less than 24 hours after the initial contact, and gave a very detailed and competitive quote. He explained some of the challenges he would face with the project and the solutions he would employ.

We went with Richard and booked the install date. Richard and his colleague turned up again very early and worked straight through until the job was one. Both Richard and his colleague were very friendly and they did a fantastic job. It really has improved the look of our upstairs.
