An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Our fireplace was leaking so I got a hold of this company through a family friend. They came and did an inspection and told me that my mortar was damaged, fixed it, and left all in one day. I was very pleased with the workmanship and my fireplace hasn't leaked since.
