I bought a coupon off of Living Social for an eavestrough cleaning and a free roof inspection. During the inspection the worker noticed a couple of loose vents and offered to fix them for a negligible amount. Overall I was happy with this service, definitely a great value for $125 I paid.

I don't usually write reviews, but feel it's necessary to tell my story to people wanting to do business w/Home Pro. I purchased a Groupon for eaves trough cleaning. The technician arrived on time. He went up to my roof, did some cleaning and came down in 10 min with a detached vent cover, telling me the vent cover was loose so he removed it from the roof to show me. He quoted me $175 for a replacement, but can offer 50% off for animal proofing on all vents if I do everything the same day. After some negotiation, we settled with $300 cash, tax inclusive. When the job was completed, I asked for my old cover back, but there were no signs of any damage. I tried to snap the cover back to the base, and did it. So I rushed out to show the technician, and asked for my money back as the job was not required to begin with. He immediately said he can refund $50 (claiming it's the cost of the cover) and the discount wouldn't be as steep for animal proofing (found out later, other companies charge around same price or cheaper) if it's not done with the replacement. I gave in as I can't reverse what have been done already. I suspect he took down the cover himself to get more money for replacement and up sell other services. If you contract Home Pro for any type of services, I highly recommend to follow them around to know exactly what needs to be done. The whole Groupon deal was not worth it. Wish I had read the reviews here beforehand to realize how many disgruntled customers Home Pro has.

Our eavestrough broke off in a heavy windstorm, granted it was very old to begin with. I saw the technicians doing work a couple houses down and I approached them and set up an appointment. Reasonable prices ($400), and great professionalism.

I've had a leaking roof for a long time now and decided it was finally time to get it fixed. Home Pro was recommended to me by a family friend, so I knew they were trustworthy. Everything looks great now and the leak is gone so that makes me a happy customer. The service was very timely and they had a very professional demeanor.

My chimney was damaged and these guys happened to be in the neighbourhood. I asked them to come take a look and they booked me a date and showed up right on time. As far as I can tell, the chimney is repaired now and I couldn't be happier! I already recommended them to my sister.

I had raccoons in my attic and this company was recommended to me by a friend. They called ahead of time to let me know they were coming and once they arrived they got right to work, finished the job and left.

My mother gave me a coupon from one of those online deal websites for an eavestrough cleaning so I decided to put it to use. My son's friend does some home maintenance and usually charges in the hundreds of dollars for an eaves cleaning, but this voucher was for $49. Good deal and great service.

Everyone was very nice and they did a great job. I will definitely recommend this service to my friends and family. I will also most likely make another appointment for other services I might need around my house in the future.

I was very pleased with this service. I found a coupon on Groupon for $39 for a complete chimney cleaning and it seems to me like they did a great job. I would recommend this to friends and family for sure.
