Right from the beginning we experienced very good service from Doors and More. My first phone call/email was answered by Frank (owner of the company), who discussed the challenges with our newly built custom shower, and kindly explained how he could overcome those to give us a great shower that would not leak. He quoted me a great price, suggested I review the company website and get back to him if I had any questions. When I did have questions, Frank was quick to answer them. Once we had decided to have Doors and More design, produce and install our shower glass, Frank arranged for Josh to come the next day to take measurements. Josh arrived at the scheduled appointment time, was professional, very knowledgeable and again, answered any question I asked. He advised us the glass would take 2 weeks for production. In fact, the glass was ready in less than 2 weeks. When Frank called to schedule the installation we asked to postpone it so we could finish painting the bathroom ceiling and walls before the glass was installed. That was not a problem, so we scheduled for 2 weeks later. Bill and Joey completed the purchase with an excellent installation. They were courteous, professional and installed the glass quietly and efficiently. They were also quick to clean up when they were finished. We can hardly wait the required 48 hours to use our new shower. Thank you Doors and More!
