Deo R. came to service our furnace, as part of our annual service agreement. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived within the appointment time range, wore booties over his shoes and cleaned up after the service. Deo found and repaired a technical / safety issue with the furnace. Apparently the high temp shut off function was not working properly and Deo diagnosed this and corrected the situation. He said that we will now have better overall heating as well as being safe. Right from the beginning we experienced very good service from Doors and More. My first phone call/email was answered by Frank (owner of the company), who discussed the challenges with our newly built custom shower, and kindly explained how he could overcome those to give us a great shower that would not leak. He quoted me a great price, suggested I review the company website and get back to him if I had any questions. When I did have questions, Frank was quick to answer them. Once we had decided to have Doors and More design, produce and install our shower glass, Frank arranged for Josh to come the next day to take measurements. Josh arrived at the scheduled appointment time, was professional, very knowledgeable and again, answered any question I asked. He advised us the glass would take 2 weeks for production. In fact, the glass was ready in less than 2 weeks. When Frank called to schedule the installation we asked to postpone it so we could finish painting the bathroom ceiling and walls before the glass was installed. That was not a problem, so we scheduled for 2 weeks later. Bill and Joey completed the purchase with an excellent installation. They were courteous, professional and installed the glass quietly and efficiently. They were also quick to clean up when they were finished. We can hardly wait the required 48 hours to use our new shower. Thank you Doors and More!

My first phone call was answered by Philip, who kindly explained the various possibilities for heating and cooling and offered to have a sales person call promptly. Bruce Philp was available to visit our home right away. He discussed the various options with us and did a thorough inspection and measurement of the old equipment and furnace room area to ensure we would receive a quote on the correctly sized equipment. When we received the quotation Bruce was quick to reply to various questions we had about it. Once we decided to have Belyea do the install for both furnace and A/C units, the install dates (2 successive days) were arranged for the following week. The installers, Bryan Szmyr and Julio arrived when they said they would. They were courteous and willing to discuss options of where to place the outdoor A/C unit for the most efficient operation of the unit and the ability to install it properly. Bryan and Julio did an excellent job of the installation, installed the equipment efficiently and were quick to clean up at the end. We have used the A/C and it cools the house quickly. We barely hear the furnace when it is running. Thank you Belyea!
