Deo R. came to service our furnace, as part of our annual service agreement. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. He arrived within the appointment time range, wore booties over his shoes and cleaned up after the service. Deo found and repaired a technical / safety issue with the furnace. Apparently the high temp shut off function was not working properly and Deo diagnosed this and corrected the situation. He said that we will now have better overall heating as well as being safe.
