Extremely disappointing service at a high price

I paid 695$ for a deep cleaning in my home, a duplex with a main floor and a basement. (3 bedrooms.)
3 technicians came, they were an hour late and stayed for less than 3 hours.
This comes out to 80 dollars and hour and had this been explained to me I would gone with a differnt service that had a better hourly rate.
They did not wash the bathroom floors the mirror in the master bedroom nor did the csweep or mop under the furniture in the nursery .
They also left garbage bags on my front lawn .
