Caddex was recommended to me by the Reno Coach as an essential member of my renovation team. Alex and his team took my ideas and made it into reality through their expertise, advice and guidance. They did a spectacular job in providing the city with what they needed to obtain the COA approval.
I am thrilled to have Caddex as the architects on my project and would continue to recommend them!

WE have worked with Cadaxx on a number of projects over the years and they always come through for us. From their fast turnaround time on drawings to soling problems, Alex and Sarah never disappoint. This particular project posed a challenge in that the city wanted a property survey for the underpinning permit but the homeowner didn't have one nor did we want to delay the project by many weeks. Cadaxx worked with us and the structural engineer to convince the city that a site plan was sufficient.

There are lots of designers in the city but Cadaxx has proven that they are willing to think outside the box and do what's necessary to get a job done. I fully recommend them to anyone looking for architectural design services.

We chose Cadaxx design to do our drawings for a major renovation and addition to our house. They were great to work with from the quoting phase to the final drawings. Everything is explained upfront and the process is followed. Cadaxx did all of our drawings, structural and hvac. They also handled everything with the town as well, we only needed to be involved when required by the town. We had a lot of questions and many changes along the way as you would imagine when trying to design your own home. We wanted it perfect. Questions were always answered in a timely manor and we felt no complaints from the company with all of our questions. Professional, great price and great work.

We hired Alex and the Cadaxx team to design our new detached family home. Alex has an impressive portfolio of work across a diverse range of home styles, and was cost competitive.

We engaged Cadaxx for architectural services to design our second storey home addition. They started with a detailed meeting and walk-through of our home. They took away our criteria and provided multiple layout suggestions to get started and were generous with their time as we completed multiple revisions. They handled the entire process with the city (zoning/permit) which was nice. Their whole team was easy to work with, friendly and responsive.

I contacted Alex from Cadaxx Design as I was informed by the CIty that a permit for a project in our building from 2016 had not been "closed off". Cadaxx was the designer on this project. I was not the Property Manager when this project took place and there was limited information in the file! I received very little assistance from the Engineers who should have closed the project off in 2016 - but I reached out to Alex and he was WONDERFUL! He helped me get the drawings revised, he helped me contacting the City Inspectors and basically showed me everything I needed to do to get the Permit closed. I could not have done this without Alex!! Alex was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very generous with his time and expertise. I would highly recommend Cadaxx to assist in any projects you may have and our Corporation will definitely call Alex if we have any design projects in the future. Outstanding!
