On Site Cleaning

Worst Company.. STAY AWAY and don't waste your time. They have no idea as to which of their staff reports on site and who does the cleaning. The service is pathetic and so is the management.

They were very good. Cleaned what I asked them to do and took out the trash they made.....even let my cat out of the basement when they were done. Only con was they arrived early and walked into my daughters room without knocking and she was still in bed. Gave them both a shock :(

I ordered a case of garbage bags online. They didn't show up. They don't answer their phones. Sometimes they answer emails. Company kept stalling, saying they would ship them, look into the problem... nothing. On hold with the credit card company right now to dispute the charge and hopefully get my money back.

Horrible company to deal with! They are very difficult to get a hold of don't return messages for a long time. Then booked a cleaning and paid in advance by PayPal and the cleaners never showed up!! Kept calling the company and no one would answer and had to email many times before getting a response stating they didn't know what happened. NO compensation offered for all of the inconvenience of sitting around waiting all morning and then not getting our place cleaned when scheduled after paying for it. Would never recommend this company!

I was incredibly disappointed with the service I got. After they left I noticed that some of the floors they had mopped were sticky. I found crumbs in places that they supposedly had cleaned and they used my cleaning supplies without my permission. they advertise that they bring their own, instead they opened closets until they found what they needed. I would not recommend them at all

I, too, bought a livingsocial voucher for this company and had the same experience where I received one email saying they'd get back to me, then nothing after repeated calls and emails. So far, livingsocial has done nothing....

Purchased livingsocial coupon for three hours of cleaning. Received one email attempt from the company to schedule a cleaning appointment. Several weeks of emailing and calling after went unanswered. Does this company exist?! Was lucky enough to get a credit from livingsocial. Strongly recommend against - complete waste of time and money.

I had a great experience with on site cleaners. I was a little hesitant to hire them because I read the reviews here first, but my brother in law has been using them for months and has had a good experience every time. They clean his house every two weeks and he was impressed.
I had no problems booking appointments. My e-mails were responded to promptly. The cleaners showed up on time, brought their own supplies and did a thorough job. Our house was quite dirty, as I HATE cleaning and am very bad at it, so it was wonderful to have this service. We are on a very tight budget, so I I was hesitant to hire a cleaning service, but I am so glad that I did. It was money well spent and I can't wait for my next session:)

I've never taken the time to post a review but I was so displeased with the service I received, I had to tell as many people as possible to NEVER HIRE ON-SITE CLEANING!!! They confirmed a day for cleaning and then showed up on another day! I asked for everything to be dusted, vacuumed and moped and to vacuum the basement only if they had time. When I saw them vacuuming the basement, I expected everything else I had asked for to be complete but it was far from that! There were things not dusted, sections not vacuumed, and nothing was moped!!! When I called Nadine to advise her how displeased I was with the service she offered to give me another cleaner but I said I would not pay for another cleaning session until the current cleaning service was fixed. She said she would speak to the cleaners and get back to me, but she didn't! I called her back and left a message and rather then call me back she emailed me back with a response. She advised me the cleaners simply ran out of time. I called her back and said it was not because they ran out of time because they still had time to vacuum the basement! They were just bad cleaners and she should make the current situation better before offering to have me pay for another cleaning session. She never called me back. ON-SITE CLEANING IS NOT INTERESTED IN A HAPPY CUSTOMER FOR REPEAT BUSINESS, THEY SIMPLY RELY ON ONE TIME UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS.

I was very impressed with On-Site Cleaning. They came to my home just yesterday. I was a little anxious about them as I had read bad reviews, but I have to say how very very impressed I was with the lady that cleaned my house. I only wanted bathrooms and the kitchen floor washed/waxed and my oven and she went ahead and cleaned and vacumned my livingroom/dining room as well along with wiping down kitchen appliances...I walked in after work, and it smelled SO fresh and clean. Thanks again On-stie for a wonderful job. Well done.!!
