I had used convertible for service work on my furnace once in the past so when the time came that I had problems again I decided to call them up. My old furnace was almost 14 years old and I knew it was coming to the end of its life. The service technician was very helpful in describing the problem. I decided to replace the unit so, after checking out some price comparisons, they immediately scheduled me in for two days later which was "my" earliest convenience.
