Chris my sales guy was great at explaining everything and helped me decide which size unit to go with. The service guys were on time, very friendly and walked me through the whole install. Everything was cleaned up and they even fixed the water hose coming from the humidifier that was installed incorrectly from a different company. I will be using these guys again when its time for my furnace upgrade.
