I needed to replace my furnace, AC and also run two gas lines. I called Convertible. They were very polite on the phone and sent out Sean. Sean was very knowledgeable, recommended the furnace and AC size for my house. Kemar and Eric were our techs and they were very polite, helpful and professional. They came once to do the rough-ins and another time for the installation. Their work was very clean and efficient. This was my second experience with Convertible air and both of them were very pleasant experiences.
