Convertible was referred to me by my daughter who had her furnace and A/C installed by them.
Marnie was very knowledgeable and explained the problem. The estimate was reasonable and we decided to proceed right away. The wait for the installation was 6 days which felt like a long wait in the hot house but in reality, it was hot outside so it's a busy time for this industry.
The installers were friendly, knowledgeable and cleaned up well after the installation. They were quick and after they located a problem with the A/C, they made an exception by going back to the office to get the part and installed it for me. This is usually done by the Service techs but so I wouldn't have to wait longer to get my A/C up and running, they did it for me.
Happy to recommend this company to all those looking for great service, products and reasonable pricing.
