Christopher and his team over at Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning were very efficient from coming and providing a quote to confirming the new furnace and install. If there is one thing I have to fault them on and where they lose a star in my opinion is that they didn’t communicate to me that they were going to be running late. I understand emergencies come up but it would have been nice to have a heads up as to how late they were going to be. Instead I had to call and find out when they were coming in.
Other than that the removal of the old furnace and the install of the new one went very smoothly and they were done within 2-3 hours. Would gladly use and recommend them to family and friends for their competitive pricing and efficiency.
