Our experience, from beginning to end was great. Marnie is informed and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. The installers (Kemar & Eric) were outstanding ... made good recommendations on air flow, and accommodated all of our requests. Some minor, post-installation, service was required, and it was done quickly and without hesitation. We considered other competitors, and are pleased we chose Convertible. We would recommend them without hesitation.

I had three companies quote on this job and Convertible was by far the most professional and reasonable. I was referred to them by my contractor and I was not disappointed. I dealt with Marnie who answered my multitude of questions and even came to my house to walk me through the whole process. The job they did (Tom and his team) removing the old furnace and installing the new combination furnace/water heater went off without a hitch. Their work was clean, meticulous and very logically done. I can't believe how excited I am for a new furnace but I am (and can't wait for it to get cold.)
I could not more strongly recommend their services. At least have them quote and you will see why. They really are that good.

Just our luck, AC dies during the hottest week of the year. Christopher made it here quickly to give us an estimate and promise to get us a quick installation.

The installers were very polite, professional and took the time to discuss all aspects of our desired installation - from where we wanted venting to how we wanted the humidifier installed.

It's hard to believe of a 34 degree Celsius day that I am reminded of the Arctic chill of January 2014 well my furnace went down. Within hours of the call Convertible was there to have our furnace replaced, up and running. Exceptional crew that were courteous, professional and answered all my questions and even made some ducting alterations to improve overall air flow. Today, as I was getting ready to head out with the family for a trip to the Bahamas I noticed water running out of the furnace. I called Convertible and they relayed to me that it actually was the air conditioner's coil was probably called. Though saying they could be out within a few hours to blow the line the gentleman on the phone asked if I was handy and quickly guided me through the process of locating the drain out and removing the discharge line and clearing it. Sure enough the elbow fitting was clogged. The advice saved me time, money and anxiety with having to leave shortly on vacation.

Awesome experience with Convertible. My AC system died during a heatwave this week. Called Convertible (among alot of other places) for a quick quote. They were able to quickly give me the info I needed without a big sales pitch and I never needed to wait for a sales guy to come to see me. They were more than reasonably priced and were able to get me an appointment really quickly despite being incredibly busy. 2 techs came to install the new unit and they were professional, courteous, informative and helpful. They were quick and incredibly respectful of my home. After the install was complete they showed me every little thing they did, explained everything to me and offered tips and advice. Workers came on promised day,installed on time, all doubts were clarified and queries were answered in professional manner. Price of equipment plus installation is quiet competitive. I think ,I got one of the best price. I know I am provided with 10 year warranty on the equipment by the manufacturer, but I am not very much clear about the warranty on labour. I was told ,I will be given 10 year labour warranty, but on what condition, I was not told. But if I review the price and promptness of service from Convertible ,at present
I am satisfied.

I was shopping to replace my A/C and furnace. Got 3 quotes and Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning was the best. Christopher Amodeo was very good with detail explanation regarding the product and service Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning provides. Dave St. Croix and his co-worker are the best installers in my books, very knowledgeable and experienced in what they do. When my air conditioning went I decided to give Convertible a call having never heard of them but reading very good reviews. First contact was with Marnie who I found to be very knowledgeable and helpful and answered all of my questions over the phone. We arranged to have her come to my home to confirm the estimate she had provided when we first spoke. Marnie arrived when she said she would, and once again spent the time explaining various details of the equipment and the install and answering all of my questions. She left me some material when I told her I would like to research the equipment before committing. Marnie was not pushy at all and encouraged me to take the time to read up on her company and the various air conditioners. The next day I booked the install. On the agreed upon day, Roop was the installer who came to my home on time and I also found him to be very know knowledgable and professional. He was alone and finished the work in approx 4 hours and also took time to answer all of my questions and show me the finished product once complete. I can honestly say that Convertibe has a new customer for all of my HVAC needs going forward. The only one thing that I was a bit surprised by was that they left all of the garbage with me to dispose of. I thought they would take it all away when they left, but I was left with a box of sheet metal, old cooper pipe, cardboard from the AC box, a wooden skid and various other things. Not a big deal but first time I've experienced something like this after purchasing something and having it installed. Thank you Marnie and Roop. Look forward to doing business again.

I first spoke to Marnie on the phone and she offered a straightforward price for the furnace and Water heater. She then came and did an onsite quote. The price ended up a little higher because of the work that needed to be done but it was still a good price. Adam and his partner showed up on time and did a great job. They worked hard, they responded to my questions and were very easy to work with. They took the time to do a neat and careful job so that both parts of the installation looked very good. The job took a little longer than they anticipated so they came back another day and finished the work. Convertible heating was a pleasure to work with and I was left with confidence that the job was well done.
