Impressed from initial phone call with knowledge of Marnie. Happy that she was able to give me a preliminary estimate and even happier Chris was able to confirm estimate after coming out. Installers came on time and introduced themselves. Kuman and Erik were both professional and knowledgeable. They cleaned up any debris, hauled out old furnace and explained the functioning of new H.E. Furnace. I would recommend Convertible Air and use again for HVAC install and service. I was able to get a brand name furnace with D.C. blower & 2 stage blower for the price of other basic furnace from C.Air.

Just had our new central air unit install and could be happier with the service from the very first phone call to the finished product . Got some great tips and advice from kemar , this guy knows his stuff! And is very professional, when it comes time for a new furnace ,ill be calling these pros !

They showed up on time and even a few minutes early which was a nice surprise. The two workers were diligent, polite and worked well together to install the new air conditioner. All boxes and old air conditioner were taken away. They reminded us that the furnace air filter needed cleaning. The unit is wonderful! What a difference.

When comparison shopping I found Convertible Air to have the best price.Once I confirmed with them they were here in two days .The servicemen arrived early . The area for my air conditioner was a little tight but they managed to get it in.They were very informative when I questioned them about the unit.I found the service to be good and hope it continues.

We had our AC replaced a few years ago by Convertible and were so happy with them, we knew who to come to when we needed our furnace replaced. They came out and gave us the quote and had the whole job down quickly. Any questions we had were answered quickly and we always got a live person when we called. I would recommend them to all of my friends and family. They do great work!!!

Very good, came early, fast installation, very friendly. We had some issues trying to set-up initial meeting for quote, but glad to go with this company in the end. Our family has used this company four times, for four different houses, ours included.

sean responded to my emails in a friendly timely manner.last febuary my furnace needed replacing and they were able to replace it within 2 days which i was grateful because one of my pipes had already frozen but did not burst.when my ac went in mid june i called them and had a new one installed within a few days.what i like about convertible air is you actually get to talk to a live person most of the time or they will get back to you shortly.
