Just had a new central AC unit installed by Convertible and the entire process from purchase to install went absolutely perfectly. No problems. 100% recommend. I myself am a second time customer so there must be something about these guys that brought me back!

I had a new American Standard AC Unit installed by Convertible. From start to finish, I was extremely pleased with my experience. Sean was very knowledgeable and stood by the quality of their products and services. He did his free estimate visit in the evening to accommodate my work schedule. The two technicians were punctual and very professional. They even fixed a mistake made by another company on my furnace, by lowering the coil to improve the air flow. The unit is working perfectly and I am very pleased with the level of customer service and the guarantees they offer. I would recommend this company to anyone seeking a hassle-free experience and a high level of customer service.

When I was looking for an air conditioning and furnace unit, I called Sean Kesavan and he came to my house and informed me of the right unit that would accomidate my house. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did not feel pressured at all to buy from this Company. Sean set up the installation within a couple of days. Dave St. Croix and Craig came in and installed both units. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. They disposed of the old units and left the premises very clean. I am very happy with this Company and would definately recommend them to anyone who is looking for an air conditioner or furnace.

Had my 28yr old furnace and air conditioner ,replaced with new furnace and air conditioner. I am very pleased with the work that was done,and the people who perfomed the work from Covertible Air and Heating, I would highly recommend them.

The installation team were very quiet, quick and efficient. They laid tarps down to ensure they did not track dirt through the house. They explained everything they were doing and how the systems operated. Was also pleased with the follow up call next day from Chris. Very satisfied overall and will recommend Convertible Heating and Air to our neighbours.

The call to confirm my address, within 15min they were at my door they were fast and inefficient and friendly everything was install very nicely my mother use convertible 5yrs ago and she told me to make sure use them.

I am very happy with this professional Installation. Thanks to Brandon and Josh. I have my basement and deck finished, however, It was done very fast and all cleaned up in the end.

The installation was quick and the guys seemed very knowledgeable, suggesting appropriate placement and double-checking before they did any work.

After they left, we discovered that our builder had incorrectly wired the furnace which led the air conditioner to not turn off at all, regardless of what the thermostat said. We called Convertible and the installer, Roop, called back within 15 minutes to try to walk us through a quick fix. When that didn't work, he promised to come back the next day (a Sunday) which he did. He took a look again and then provided a detailed explanation of what we would need to tell the builder to fix the problem.

We were very impressed with the service provided by Convertible, particularly on the weekend.
