Sales person Christopher was outstanding, explained everything in great detail. Unit was installed on the date and time as promised, no surprises. The technician Drew and his helper Danny did a top notch job, used drop clothes, swept up and then went over all the work preformed inside and outside. Also gave me a few pointers on how to maintain and keep the unit clean for optimal performance. Price point was under the two other quotes I received for the same Unit and warranty. This was a nice
stress free experience from start to finish.

I recently purchased a new AC from Convertible Heating and Air Conditioning (install date: July 13th, 2024). Overall, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the installation. The overall experience is hassle free and seamless. I spoke to Antoinette originally who referred me to Chris. Chris helped me to decide on an appropriate AC unit. Ali was very professional on install day. His work is excellent. He left our place looking exactly as it was before except we had a brand-new AC :) Thanks Antoinette, Chris, and Ali for a wonderful experience. We called Convertible and were very pleased with Sam, who answered our questions thoroughly and then put us in touch with their sales representative. Chris visited us, explained the options available and helped us decide on the best choice for our situation. We had the team at our house the following morning. Darryl and his teammate were very professional and efficient. They did an impeccable job installing our new AC, furnace, and humidifier. They also removed the old equipment and left our house clean and comfortable.
