IN SPITE OF STORMY DAYS RAINING FOR THAT MATTER.. DUE TO REMNANTS OF HURRICANE BERYL AFFECTING SOUTHERN ONTARIO INSTALLER DREW AND DAN ARE SO PATIENT INSTALLING JUST SO LUCKY THAT RAIN STOPS WHILE INSTALLING OUTSIDE THE CONDENSER.. THERE SO NICE WARM PEOPLE THANKS TO CONVERTIBLE .. RAIN OR SHINE... absolutely recommendable company...

The installers we polite and professional. I work from home and the noise level was low enough that I was not impacted. They installed the new furnace and heat pump in one day! Less than the 2 days anticipated.

They came with carpet runners to protect the floors in the house and when they left, they cleaned up the mess.

I was set to use another company I liked but wanted to just check around before committing. Convertible answered my questions (many) clearly and I was impressed enough to schedule a sales person to visit. What sold me was their long history and great after installation service arrangements.

The job was done well and in one day.

The only improvement I would make is to receive an email or text on the day before confirming that they are coming the next day.

We had our water heater replaced with a tankless water heater with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning.

Marnie was incredibly knowledgeable, walked me through the whole process with unbiased advice and options for me. She was incredibly responsive to get a quote and to schedule the install.

Once on site for the install, Kamil and his partner did an excellent job. He explained the whole process to me, walked me through the steps, and even took the time to satisfy my curiosity about various steps of the install.

They put down carpets so as not to make a mess, and did a great clean removal of my old tank and install of the tankless.

Definitely recommend and would work with them again for anything HVAC / water in the future. Thanks!

My AC broke in hot summer early July 2024. Thanks to Raj and Marnie. Raj came on short notice to see me, on a blistering hot Friday. He quickly assessed and diagnosed the problem (a new AC motor needed). He was kind, patient and helpful, as he taught me and my kids about AC. Then the next working day, Monday, he had the new motor in place, with a working AC and a 1 year guarantee. A+++++++

This was my first time having to handle the replacement of the A/C unit on my own and I called approximately 5 different companies seeking information and quotes. I ultimately decided to use Convertible Air and Im confident I made the right choice. Michael was very helpful and always available to answer my questions and concerns, and the quote was within my budget. The 2 gentleman who installed the unit were very friendly and professional. They checked and tested that the unit was running properly and left both the inside and outside areas where they worked very clean. It has been about a week and so far no issues.

The company came out to look at an older air conditioner. This is the third time weve used their services and once again, they were exceptional! We highly recommend them.
