Right from the first phone conversation, I felt that this company was willing to take the extra time to explain in detail what the job would entail. The sales person and the staff that installed our tankless water heater acted very professionally and answer any questions that I had. Convertible has been our "go to" for 20 years. Our air conditioner died in the thick of summer heat. Service came out on a holiday, diagnosed the issue and had a new one installed for us on Wednesday of the same week. It was fantastic service, reasonably priced and really courteous and friend install people. We will continue to use Convertible into the future - they have never let us down.
