My husband and I recently had Oak Ridge Custom Homes do a full gut on our Bloor West Village home. We have many friends in the area that scared us about doing such a large renovation, which put me in an uneasy state of mind. We did our homework, and interviewed several contractors prior to hiring Jason from Oak Ridge Custom Homes. This was by far the largest renovation we have ever done, and we wanted to ensure it was done right. The entire house was gutted; the basement was lowered, a load bearing wall on the main floor was removed, and Jason and his team installed new drywall, electrical, plumbing, heating and insulation. We also had all new finishes, trim, bathroom and kitchen done. Jason is very knowledgeable in the industry, and he put us at ease and kept us apprised of the progress from the get go. He put us in touch with his Interior Designer which made the entire process seamless. The project took about 5 months to complete and it turned out spectacular!
