James came himself and provided a 3-hour thorough inspection of our new home. He found both big problems and small, which helped us to negotiate down the price of our house. James took us through every room, explaining what he was observing and why they were areas of concern. He also gave us many tips on how to maintain our property since this was our first house. He provides a massive binder at the end with detailed notes of his inspection, video of the roof and attic, and a yearly checklist on house maintenance.
