It was time to replace the sun damaged sheers for the living room and dining room and Jasmine of Shades of Home gave us her expert support and services. Despite issues with supply chains, Jasmine helped us to choose some lovely fabric and came herself to measure and plan for the installation. In a short period of time, our drapes were ready and Jasmine's staff installed them in a quick and professional manner. We are very satisfied with Shades of Home's service and the excellent quality of our new sheers.

This is our second time using Shades of Home for our window treatments. From start to finish our experience was completely positive and professional. We are extremely happy with our drapes and roman shades. Excellent quality! Our consultant was very knowledgeable and provided us with an in-home visit and came prepared with fabric samples and listened to our needs, we appreciated her suggestions and honesty when it came to selecting the right cordless roman shade. We never felt rushed to make a decision. The installers are very professional and take great pride in their work. They took the time to show us how to properly utilize these new cordless roman shades. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend their services to our friends and family.

This is the second time we used Shades of Home, in our house in Toronto and now for our condo! We are extremely happy with their services and love our blinds and drapes. The quality is excellent. They helped with selection and gave their opinions with options. The installers are so professional and take pride in their work. They were very careful and made sure everything was functioning and installed correctly. In addition , we recommended them to our friends who in turn were very happy! You get what you pay for! We definitely will use them in the future.

Highly recommend working with Shades of Home. Very professional and easy to work with. I had blinds installed in my condo. The blinds were ready earlier than planned and they were able to install the next day. Looks great and I'm very happy with the result.

Today it seems there are a lot of companies that just don't provide after sales service, however this company is not the same as most.

I just had an AMAZING experience in all respects with Jasmina as my design consultant and also Raj and his wife wife as measurement and installation experts. My project was complicated for a variety of reasons and Jasmina managed it perfectly. The fabric selections were incredible and now all my new windows look absolutely incredible from the outside and the inside! I can't recommend Oakville Shades of Home enough. As an aside - the project was installed before the promised time frame. I have not experienced that at all in the last 18 months of renovations.

We'd recommend this company to everyone. Jasmine took our order , she was really helpful, efficient and friendly, guiding us through the process, we'd never had custom drapes made before.

I would recommend Shades of Home if you are in the market for any shades or window coverings. Sales representative Marie was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right coverings for a number of different windows in my home including a bow window, kitchen windows, bathrooms and hallway window in stairway.
The quote was reasonable and comparable to other retailers. Once the order was placed it arrived within the timeframe that was given. Installation was completed in a timely and professional manner. The shades all look great. All in all a great experience.
