Pristine Property Maintenance

We hired Pristine Property for snow removal and lawn cutting for a few years. We were very impressed with their professionalism and their service. When we needed work done on our front walkway we immediately sought them out. We were again extremely impressed and without hesitation would highly recommend them.

Please stay away from PPM! I have a personal experience wherein this landscape contractor colludes with the Property Management (Meritus) and raises invoices which are then charged back to my unit. This contractor who does landscaping does not even bother to give details of the work done and creates a Fence repair invoice which is charged back to my account. It is such a shame that to make profits, the contractor (PPM) indulges in such practices and targets gullible unit owners. Stay away from such contractors!! These contractors (in connivance with Meritus) exploit the loopholes in the condo laws and made money through the chargebacks.

Both Linda and I are pleased with the work done by PMM.

They were patient with us as we went through a number of designs and material selection options. The pros and cons they offered came from extensive professional experience.

The final product blends beautifully with the of the rest of our yard.
The quality of the workmanship and attention to detail are beyond reproach.

The crews were highly skilled, and friendly. It was pleasure having them work on our home.

A portion of the walkway next to the house had sunken down and was collecting water as well as part of the side patio collapsed due to animal tunnels. We called Pristine Maintenance and they were kind enough to accommodate us during this very busy time of the year. John and Nick showed up at 7:00 am and by 3:00 pm the patio and walkway was repaired like new. These two gentleman were very professional, accommodating and did an Outstanding job. I would highly recommend this team of Pristine Maintenance.

Paid for snow removal, they only showed up a few tines usually, the day after snow fell. When the heavy snow came they didn't show up at all said they were too busy. Would look for better contractor..... bought my own snow blower for this year.

I have been using Pristine Property Maintenance (PPM) for a few years now for different things, lawn maintenance, hedge trimming, etc. They are knowledgeable and reliable. Jon is amazing to work with and I recommend them to all of my clients.

Adam was great to work with and the walkway was completed on time to our satisfaction. The weather this summer has made this type of work difficult but that did not prevent Pristine Management from keeping their commitment.

I have been using Pristine Property Maintenance for my snow removal for 2 years now. They are professional, quick and thorough. During a large snowfall overnight, they were here clearing at 5am and again at 9 - even removing the large pile of snow at the end of the driveway that the city snow plow left behind. I couldn't recommend them more, excellent service!

Pristine Property Management has been my lawn company for a few years and I can highly recommend them. The crew is professional and hard working and they frequently consult me to see if I want to make adjustments of any kind. Also Jon, the owner, is always available and responds to phone calls or emails in a speedy and positive manner.

Pristine just completed a whole interlocking patio upgrade for me. The before and after is astonishing! Right from the initial point of contact they have been professional and offered their advice on colour etc. The workers not only were hard working but extremely polite and kept everything clean and impeccable. They all take great pride in the work they do and it shows! They took time to measure and ensure that the grade would help with the issues I've had in the past with water run off. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about the caliber of work and workers who completed the work at my home. I have to say .. I am now very proud to walk up to my house and show off the incredible work that they did. Thanks again to all the guys at Pristine .. from design to general labourers .. you guys are top notch! Also .. BIG thank you to the amazing work crew! You guys deserve a HUGE pat on the back for the incredible job that you did.
