Tenants moved out of my house and I needed the premises to be spotless. Once again, Jacob and his team did not disappoint. Every nook and cranny of the house was thoroughly and meticulously scrubbed by Manilyn and her partner. They are tireless and they went above and beyond expectations - Jacob even assisted with junk removal. The house was spotless and gleaming. Thank you again. Your staff are unbelievable!

I was very impressed by the reviews on HomeStars prior to selecting a company for home cleaning, and Jacob and his team exceeded these expectations. Jacob answered my initial call and provided full follow up details by e-mail. He was very accommodating in terms of arranging for a date and time for the cleaning, and he ensured that I was very happy once the work was done. I have already recommended The Home Cleaning Team to friends, and the new tenants have asked for the name of the company that cleaned the home prior to moving in.

I have disengaged this company after having Jacob's team clean my house for the past 5 years. The service has deteriorated to the point that I didn't have my house cleaned for 8-weeks. I switched to monthly cleaning instead of bi-weekly clean and it seems created difficulty in schedule a cleaner. One particular clean promised a cleaning date in March but never show up and Jacob couldn't schedule a replacement which means that I have to wait further. This is not a sustainable business model that I could leave with. My cleaning date requested was not met and I can only take what Jacob can come up with in the last minute. Jacob never get on top of cleaning schedule himself and seems like he leave it to the individual cleaners. I did give this company good reviews before, but their service, at least to long term customer like me, has dropped to a point that I need to take my business to somewhere else. Not a pleasant experience.

The two ladies did an amazing job cleaning my condo. Great attention to detail and left the place cleaner than it's been in a long time. I would happily have them back again and recommend to friends and family.

The condo unit needed to be deep clean after tenant moved out. Marilyn was working so hard, I didn't even see her taking a break for the whole time. I felt she is taking her job seriously and very professional cleaner. I will definitely hire The Home Cleaning Team in the future.

We had The Home Cleaning Team do a deep clean of a house we were moving into. It was a big job with many rooms and a lot of areas that needed attention, but they worked incredibly hard and were very thorough. The place felt so nice and clean afterward! The Team had a great attitude and we were very happy with choosing them. Even our parents who helped us move in were so impressed that they asked for the Team's contact information.

Amazing job with an amazing team! They work hard, fast and efficiently, great attitude and the results beyond our expectation. Jacob kept in constant communication with us and assured that our needs were met. . He gave us flexibility to change our cleaning process in case we were to go over our budget.
The house was spotlessly clean!!! We will hire them in the future the maintain our house sparkling.

They did an excellent detailed job on our every inch of our new home, post-construction, so it's totally move in ready and I don't have to lift a finger. The house is totally spotless - from the doorway trims to the window frames and everything else in between. They even bleached the cold storage room, top to bottom. We couldn't be more pleased. GREAT work!

Gay and Josie did a fantastic job. Our rental condo has never been so clean - even when we lived there! Jacob and Gay were very professional to deal with and timely in their communication. Would highly recommend!
