Highly Ineffective Communication Process
The reason I gave Elite a 2 is because everyone I interacted with was pleasant and polite. Unfortunately, after 3 different technicians and 5 house calls, my dishwasher is still leaking - I have been without a dishwasher for most of the summer. My frustration stems from the inefficient and ineffective call back system Elite has. I should be able to contact the technician directly if theres an issue with a repair they made. Instead, Im forced into this back and forth of call backs between the office and technician, resulting in at least a week between visits. Secondly, of course, is that 3 different technicians have not been able fix my appliance. Dont call yourself a leading expert in repairing all major appliance brands if you can not support this claim. At resent time, I am still waiting for a call back from the last technician who fixed my dishwasher 5 days ago.
