Elites service was SUPERIOR. Technician Sean was amazing. He carefully diagnosed the problem with my Samsung dishwasher, and had it repaired in a very straightforward manner. He was very courteous and made sure to clean up any spills and mess left behind. Id rate the service 5 stars!
