Re: WO#31083. We recently had our Samsung over-the-range microwave repaired, as it needed a new control panel. This is the third time we've used Elite Appliance Service and in my opinion they are the best in the business. They have a state-of-the art system for booking and managing the appointment -- you always know when they're coming and they always come on time! Their technicians are professional, courteous, clean and tidy, and reliable. And, the follow-up from Elite is also excellent. Elite isn't the cheapest repair service, but in my experience you get what you pay for, and I will not hesitate to use Elite in future for any appliance repair.
