Diagnostic of GE Monogram Range
They did a good job on the initial visit to diagnose why the oven cleaner and grill were not working. The problem was determined that new parts were required, which they promptly responded in a couple of days. I scheduled the visit to replace the part required to fix the grill. They sent a different person to install the new part, which took several hours. I was surprised they sent a different person as he was not familiar with the range. It was eventually fixed and I was happy with the result but it did hold my wife and i up from getting other things we needed to do.
