Budget City Movers No Longer In Business

Budget City moved me from a townhouse to a condo in Vancouver. I thought they were excellent and would recommend their services.

The truck showed up on time and the crew were diligent, very careful and didn't stop until the job was done.

We used Budget City Movers to move from a condo in Yaletown to Maple Ridge. The crew were on time and took good care of everything, everything went swimmingly and would definately refer BCM to friends.

I used Budget City Movers to move me from a 1 bedroom condo and a storage locker to our new 3 bedroom home.

They were very well organized and took their time to wrap everything. I was happy that they took the care to cover the banister and floors in my new place to avoid scratches etc.

The team were friendly, well organized and I would recommend them to friends.

I used Budget City to move me within N.Van. The move was for a 1-bedroom apartment and went extremely well. The moving team consisted of two very pleasant young men, who made a super small team. They were punctual, very efficient, worked very hard from start to end, with a focus to get the job done as quickly as possible yet were cheerful and communicative enough to make the move feel less stressful for me.

The elevator in the new place was out of service (and I had alerted Budget City Movers about that) but it was amazing to see the movers adjust so well to the parking situation by the new place, and work so hard on those stairs, still cheerfully, and with no complaints whatsoever.

This is the 2nd time I have used Budget City Movers.

The move went very well, the crew worked hard and wrapped everything and had a very professional, business orientated attitude. Would recommend to anyone.

The guys were professional and conscious of damaging my office items. They were on time pleasant and I would recommend them to anyone looking for movers! Budget city movers are a professional easy to use service with workers that seem to be concerned with the safe handling of people goods!

I was quoted $300.00 for my move of 2-1/2 hours
After all was said and done the 2-1/2 hour move cost me $500.00, damage to mt front door, front door frame, stairs and my leather reclining love seat.
When I contacted them the same day I was assured that they would look into it and call me back two days later. No phone call was made. The next morning I called back to be assured that I would be contacted my noon. 1pm still no such luck.
They have hidden fees you are not made aware of until they show up to do your move.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
