On the day I placed my order online, Andy emailed me back on asking for shipping instructions. I was impressed with the personal email rather than an automated reply. I was amazed how soon delivery could be arranged. It was the first time I ever bought mattresses from this place and did it based on numerous good reviews. I've had the mattress for about a week and we love it. At first I was scared that extra firm would be too hard. It was really firm on the first day, but over the week, we got used to it. We love the mattress a lot and look forward to sleeping in the bed everynight. Thank you very much. I would buy from this company again.
