Spoke with Melinda in Customer Service and she confirmed the date
of our alarm installation & we discussed using VoIP Internet vs landline
for our alarm monitoring. Melinda was helpful in providing a follow up
email including VoIP Settings for use with Alarm Monitoring. We also
discussed the possibility of using GSM Wireless Alarm Monitoring for
our Deluxe Alarms, Melinda told me to take my time and to contact her
with our decision at a later date...
