Installation Alarm in new house
Very bad Customer service - huge time to wait for the installer.
We have brand new house and Deluxe Alarms are contractors of our builder to install alarm and plate and activate the internet lines inside the house.
I notified them a while before closing that we need to schedule the installation a day or so after the closing - they were able to do that only a few weeks after, and were not able to complete the installation (some technical issues).
The technician told us that he will organize re-visit, after couple of weeks of silence from them I send an e-mail - and no answer.
We now more than month after the closing and alarm still not activated.
When I tried to call Customer Support - I got a few times answer - we will just grab your file and call you back - never no one called back. Same happened at least 3 times.
E-mails are left without answers - just ignored.
It is very very annoying to get any answer.
We signed with them as per builder proposal for 3 years service - and I just afraid if we will need again their Service support again during that period - it will just again pain
