I spoke to Melinda in Customer Service regarding my Deluxe Alarms account. Melinda was great! She was understanding and requested updated information required for the account be sent via
email so that the information could be forward to the Administration Dept. I have been a Deluxe Alarms customer for the past 2 years and have received nothing but great service. Thanks again Melinda, you rock!
