Sanding and urethaning the oak floors

I had the floors in my hallways and two rooms sanded and urethaned. I was pleased with the workmanship. Dust was kept to a minimum. The colour matched the one room that wasnt sanded. Samples of finishes were put on the floor so I could observe the colour in different lighting. How the colour would change with age was explained to me. I was also told how to clean the floor. Working with Andrei and his crew was a pleasant experience.
