Ive dealt with many companies before, but monster is the first snow removal I've dealt with that really knows what they're doing. I requested a quote through their website, got a reply within minutes, met with George at the building to talk about it, and then I had a quote in my inbox a couple days later.Pricing was competitive. We chose the complete package, and couldn't be more pleased with the results. Surprise! we didnt have a slip and fall lawsuit this year...
