Mouse in the house, but not for long!
5 stars for Joe! Used the Get Quote feature here on Homestars on a Saturday, Joe got back to me the next day on a Sunday! We've had a few mice in the house and needed to solve the issue not only inside but outside wherever they were getting in.
He asked some questions to get to know the situation and we booked for the Friday.
Joe showed up on time and ready to get dirty. We checked under one deck but nothing that was obvious, so got underneath our addition and he found a hole where mice could squeeze in. He got it sealed up with steel wool and tarred it in place so there's no way those mice are getting in now! Inside, he did some inspections, asked some good questions and listened to suggestions on where mice were heard scurrying. We pulled some ceiling tiles down and found droppings. He baited up those areas and made some suggestions on where else to bait.
All in all, Joe provided a great service and would 1000% recommend him! He takes his time and does it right!

This is why I just love my job. The satisfaction of getting the pest issue resolved so that there are permanent results is what its all about. I had to dismantle two deck areas before the hole was located which took hours. The mice cannot get in now they are sealed out which is 95 % of the problem. We just need to deal with the 5 % of what's inside because no others can get in. Some well placed commercial bait in key locations and the road to a pest free home are absolutely within reach. So happy this went well for my clients and I thank you for your business and your review.
