I picked Joe based on the great reviews I read on here and he did not disappoint: he was easy to get a hold of, great to chat with, listened to our issues, diagnosed the problem, and worked confidently and steadily to provide a solution. The price was totally reasonable as well.

Joe was honest, thorough, and explains why his solution to pest control is the preferable approach - I couldn't ask for more!!!! Unfortunately, had a termite issue in my home. Joe came out to review the situation quickly, inspected the situation, told me exactly what needed to be done to control the issue, and how to best prepare my home so he could deliver the most effective treatment. He walked me though the entire process to make sure we'd uncovered the source. He was responsive, respectful, not at all pushy, and it's clear that his main goal was to solve the problem properly (at a VERY reasonable cost) not just spray chemicals and charge me for a service that wouldn't actually have any impact on my problem. If you have a termite issue, the best advice I can give you is CALL JOE!

I've also referred Joe to my parents and neighbors regarding squirrel and other pest issues and everyone has told me how happy they have been with the referral.

I cant recommend Joe more! He responded to our request within a few hours and came to help later that same day. I started describing the buzzing noises we were hearing and Joe immediately identified and described the issue and talked me through his solution. He wasnt at all pushy, and took time to answer my questions. He was also honest about the possibility of wasps returning/the impossibility of wasp-proofing 100% which I appreciated. I highly recommend Joe for any pest control services. I was fortunate enough to discover Joe when I had a mouse infestation. He took the time to thoroughly check the exterior and interior of my home and garage for sources of entry. Joe was able to take care of the mice and I've never had a problem since. More recently, Joe has solved some pesky wasp issues in the front porch siding to ensure they don't end up inside my house.
Joe is never in a hurry. He is courteous and happy to share his extensive knowledge of pests and what you can do yourself to help prevent them. He is my 'go to' guy for pest solutions. His service is excellent. I would advise anyone to call him first!

Wow - for those of you that have had to deal with a Racoon family, all I can say is wow. Joe from Snap Pest Control is the absolute best! My husband and I moved into our new home and immediately dealt with 2 basement floods, which led to an ant infestation. I called Joe and he responded within the hour. Upon hearing how anxious I was to get the insect issue resolved, he rearranged his schedule and came to see me that day. He not only located the source of the infestation and sprayed our basement thoroughly and completely, he also walked the perimeter of our home and pointed out a few areas where insects could be entering our home. Joe caulked the areas he could and returned 2 weeks later for a subsequent spray that I asked for, and to seal up our basement windows as an extra precaution at no extra charge. We havent seen 1 live bug in the basement since, fingers crossed it remains that way! I would highly, highly recommend Joe and his services - He is a true professional, has reasonable rates and offers unparalleled customer service.
