Master Grade Stucco & Stone Ltd. No Longer In Business

The stucco work that needed to be done to repair wear and tear and weather damage to the tudor style exterior of our house has been competed and looks good.

On the whole the job was completed and looks very good!

However we experienced extreme anxiety on getting them to start - see initial note below when I first wrote the review. Once the work commenced, what could have been done in a couple of days took a few weeks. This was probably due to the company eing stretched over a number of jobs.

They threw in extra material and an extended warrantee as compensation for the frustration although I am not sure of the real value of this "discount".

First Post: I had told the rep how urgent the job was due to the potential of water damage and they promised to start the job end of August or early September, it is now almost November and they haven't started, they were very quick to take a deposit, yet never returned phone messages and emails. They only reason I chose them were the rave reviews I had read on this web site.

Second post: Follow up Mastergrade has commenced work shortly after the review was posted and I will post an update as soon as completed.
