Master Grade Stucco & Stone Ltd. No Longer In Business

As others have said, their quality is simply very very good, you see lots of stuco nowdays and you can really tell the difference with their work. Also I liked that they work really long hours, they start at 7am on site and I could usually reach someone on the phone as early as 6. Also their office is open really late, I think 7-8, and on weekends too. Pretty convenient. Keep it up! :)

UPDATE - So I must say, the job has been completed and looks fantastic. I have had a number of compliments regarding the look of our store and Max has really gone out of his way to make things right. While there was obvious frustration at the initial delay, my rating is based on my satisfaction with the quality of the work as well as their genuine concenr to satisfy the customer.
UPDATE - Since this posting Master Grade has started work on my project, however due to weather constraints, they have been unable to complete the work. I will post a further update as the job progresses.
Called Master Grade based purely on the reviews I read on Home Stars.
Everything started very smoothly regarding getting a quote. Master Grade was very eager to even follow up on the quote.
We agreed on the work required and the price. I provided a 50% deposit for the job in JULY!!!
Since then, nothing. Approved my colour sample, after chasing them , in August and still nothing.
I have called and e-mailed multiple times, when they do respond to me it's usually a false promise of the work being completed "next week".
It's now the end of November, I have requested my deposit be returned to me and still nothing.
Fouth quarter in retail is the most improtant time of the year and my store front looks horrendous!!!
Aweful, aweful follow through run like helll in the other direction and find another company unless you want months of stress.
It seems as though my only course of action at this point may be to take them to court to at least get my deposit back.

Good overall experience, no complaints. Work looks good and the workers were friendly. They started a little late (they did tell me ahead of time though), but honestly I'm happy I chose these guys and will call them again if I decide to stucco the rest of the house.

The out come of our project is beautiful. Our old brick house looks brand new. Two things come to mind that I would share with those who wish to have their home stucco. Please wrap or trim all bushes and plants that are within 5 ft of the wall (MasterGrade did not tell us to do this, and instead their works did it themselves, leaving us with badly pruned trees and bushes) and secondly, please be prepared for the mess that the insulation makes when being formed. I am still cleaning up. But again, the mess and the damaged bushes were worth the beautiful home that we now have.

After starting long after promised date, sending an inexperienced team and many frustrations, the job was completed and actually looked quite good. 18 months later the stucco has large cracks and has resulted in damage to the underlying frame. MasterGrade is non-responsive to their warranty.

Our new stucco looks gorgeous, and the mouldings also came out really great. I'll try to take some photos and post them next week... Overall, all of us are satisfied and have no complaints. A+ contractor!

We had our home stuccoed by MasterGrade Stucco recently and are thrilled with the outcome. Originally, we requested that the bottom half of our home be stuccoed; however, we were so happy with the job that we asked them to complete the whole house. Everyone was very accomodating to all our last minute ideas and changes and went out of their way to ensure we would be happy with the final product. We are very satisfied with the EIFS installation performed by MasterGrade. Everything was done with care, on time, and with no surprises. All workers were courteous and seemed genuinely interested in making us happy - what a refreshing change from most other contractors. We would definitely recommend tis company.
