Junk Removal review in Vaughan

I have ordered 3 bins from Starcrete in the past few months as I am doing a complete floor reno at my house. They are cheaper than most other companies and the owner Octavio is a great guy willing to do whatever it takes to make his customers happy. Would definitely use them again!

Bin no show

Junk Removal review in Vaughan

Ordered the bin the day before and asked for it to be delivered by 10am on the Saturday morning. Called the owner at 10:30am and he said that the truck had a flat tire but would be there within the half hour. I had hired my handyman that day to come out and help me load the bin. While we waited, we moved everything from the back of the house to the side of the house. At 11:45 there was still no bin. I called and texted with no reply. By 12:45 my handyman called around and got me one last minute - a smaller bin for the same price. We couldn't fit everything into it and now I have to pay for
another bin I come out and take the remainder of the stuff that's been sitting on the side of my house. Still haven't heard back from the owner. Yeah - they are cheap... until they don't show up. After all was said and done, the extra time and money to have my handyman hang around waiting plus the cost of another bin rental cost me
twice as much. Lesson learned. Won't ever use this company again.
