Reg and Nelson are great to deal with, very knowledgeable and have a great attention to detail that is invaluable for a home inspection. They have done two inspections for us and have been quick and thorough each time, for two very different houses. Would not hesitate to call them again.

I wish to thank you for taking the time to provide such a good recommendation. Nelson and I are constantly looking at ways to make the inspection better in order to protect our clients. Country or city, it can be a challenge with changing geological hydrology and hydrogeological conditions. City properties have an edge with both storm and sanitary sewers available.
