This will be the third time we've used Craft Electric. Les is knowledgeable, punctual and very safety conscious. He has installed pot lights, installed and moved plugs, and installed a built in microwave. This past Saturday he came to discuss upgrading a fuse panel to a breaker panel. Les explained why in our case this wasn't necessary (we had more than enough circuits on the panel for the layout we had). I will certainly be calling on Craft Electric in the future. Les is honest and enjoys the work he does.

I called Les at the last minute and he was very happy to come help. He showed up on time and was very kind and courteous. He spent additional time explaining the electrical wiring in my laundry area and throughout other areas. He is highly recommended to anyone who needs electrical work done.

Les did a great job moving an electrical outlet and adding HDMI cables above a fireplace for a new TV.

He is neat, punctual, professional and personable. I would highly recommend him.

Was glad to have Les come in and do several light fixtures as well as repair a horror installation which was done by a previous "electrician".

Les is a highly knowledgeable guy, punctual and a pleasure to work with . He went over a lot of details with me and helped me understand what was going on.

Les Novak has done several electrical jobs for us over the last few years. The work has always been done on time, very professionally and at a very fair and reasonable price. Of particular note and comfort is the fact that Les is always extremely concerned about safety and prepared to explain to us 'the customer' how and why he is doing things in a certain way. Les Novak would always be our first choice for any electrical jobs, large or small.

Came to add a few more circuits. Simple but he's thorough and professional for even a small job like mine. I would easily consider Craft for more work later on if I should get my basement finished.

Les Novak is a very good electrician.He is very professional,warm-heated and trustable.He did the installment for our family with 3 cristal lights.After he put the third lights on,we found the lights didn't work,he was so professional that he found the reason is something wrong with the product.He recommended me go to the retailer to change a new one for the safety and he would come back to do the installment free.But I experenced a very bad attitude and terrible service with the retailer THE FAMOUS LIGHTING in Markham.They refused to change or refund,even repair,they refused to communicated with the wholesaler about the qulity of the product.It's terrible.I called Les,and he help me phoned the retailer many times,but they still insited on it was our obligation because the light did't work in my home not in their store.Finally Les did the research on the website and contacted with the wholesaler,he went to the wholesaler and got a brand new one for me.It's not his job,not his fault,but he didn't want the customer get the unfair treatment.He was so nice and can be reliable.I will highly recommended him to all my friends when they need the electrician.Thanks Les.
