I bought a water filter, and talk to the sales person over the phone. He collected my information and said that it would only take a few moments to pick up the item. When I went to pick up the item there was confusion about the order number at the sales desk, at the reception area, as well as in the delivery area. I spent over 45 minutes making this single transaction. Promises broken. My time is important. Im not coming back here again. I cant imagine how a more complicated purchase would look.
