My wife and I purchased a townhouse in a area we love but the home was very tired inside and many of the fittings didn't suit us.
I was referred to Gareth/English Painter by the agent who sold us the townhome. We met with Gareth and felt very comfortable with him and appreciated his ideas/input on some of the changes that we wanted to implement.
