We could not be happier with the performance of TIPEQ Homes on two consecutive renovation jobs. In summer 2024, we needed to hire a general contractor to renovate a house in Toronto. Since we already had done business before with Sasha (the owner) for a basement renovation in 2012, it was an easy decision to hire TIPEQ Homes. This time again we were not disappointed !
Not only did Sasha's team completed the work earlier than planned and on budget, but he also gave us a wealth of advice to increase the visual appeal of the house and take care of key details. Since we live quite far away, we could not be present on site all the time, and this was very appreciated. For example as we changed the color of the flooring, Sasha recommended redoing the sanding/varnishing of a staircase to match the color of the floor. We were not convinced at first, but the end results have blown our minds!
